'Juliet ~Kimi wo Suki na 100 no Riyuu~' had originally been released as a free, venue-only version CD along with the groups ballad 'Daisuki' as its b-side. The single was then later released in Japan nationally as their second single, and came in two editions: Type A and Type B, which included the song Daisuki on both versions, as well as an extra song that was either on Type A (PURE HEART) or Type B (Sukima).
